Bullet and Tufts

“Wakey wakey!” The redheaded male knocked on against the door before barging in inside the tiny bedroom where his and his wife’s employees are sleeping in. A grin appeared on his face as he saw that his sneaky plans are working rather smoothly. “Come on lazy pokes, I have a job for you two!” He grabbed the dark red male’s shoulder and shook him up but was careful not to pry him away from his unconscious grip around his “pillow”. “Bullet, you lazy ass wake up!” Cael shook him again and he was greeted by  a groan and a lick from the male before he went and licked his “pillow”. “Sweets...so delicious...” Bullet mumbled again. Cael pulled away and whistled towards the entrance instead to let the tokotas handle the waking process. They seemed to be much more effective in these kind of situation. A large brown brute immediately made his way inside the rather small but cozy cabin and towards the room and placed both of his front paws on the bed before finally jumping up to sit on the two sleeping sloths.

Tufts let out a grumbling groan as Bullet ends up licking her shoulder. She seemed to be a deep sleeper and most unaffected by the whole thing. She did notice that something was up when she was finally pounced by a brown lump of terror and yelped. “No! Off!” She hissed grumpily with an annoyed look on her face, she did not appreciate being woken. Feeling a set of arms around her she blinked and looked over at a rather fuzzy Bullet and pouted before looking up to see her employer’s husband and felt herself go white as a sheet. “Uhm, uh. Good morning, sir.” She cleared her throat in an embarrassed manner. Behind the brown lump trotted an elegant golden tawny that peeked indoors before proceeding to explore the cabin while waiting for her mate and her Saffy’s husband to finish up their business. Urgh, can’t you two hurry it up already? She scoffed in an unamused manner. She had been promised exercise and here these lazy buggers were sleeping.

“Morning! Saffy is back home with Aidean but she sent me to send this little job we have for you two.” The smile on Cael’s face grew as he extended a hand towards Tufts with a small white envelope in it. His eyes shifted below at Bullet who was still fast asleep and mumbled a few words as his arms stayed around Tufts, this time only lower as she shifted positions. ”I hope it isn’t too difficult. We are lending you our best tokos, alphas of the pack in our kennel to guide you two to your destination. Don’t worry, they know the place very well.” Cael pulled away as he handed the envelope Tufts and gave her a smile, a hint of mischievousness in it. “The supplies I have left at the living room. Have fun!” He gave Zyrus a scratch under his chin and a pat on his head before starting to walk away. “I hope you guys enjoy the adventure~” He grinned before saying farewell towards Val and giving her a wink before finally leaving the cabin and back to his wife. Zyrus was not quite pleased to be ordered around and instead  continued to sat on them, making Bullet underneath him let out a grunt, and turned his head to grab the quilt with his teeth and pulled it away from them. Baby, I’m trying my hardest~ Zyrus lifted his head and gave his mate a lick before completely voiding the two lazyasses of a nice and warm quilt. Bullet shifted and let out another groan as he curled into a fetal position as if something in his lower body is bothering him. He pulled Tufts closer to try and hide the rather inconvenient thing in between his legs thinking that Tufts was a pillow. “Five more minutes….”

Tufts blinked slightly as she took the envelope, she was a bit dumbstruck and ended up sitting in place as she watched Zyrus remove the blanket. “Oi!” She yipped. She found herself blinking as she was pulled against Bullet again. She grumbled in annoyance. “Bullet, bulleeeet.” She whines unhappily. “Twinkletoes, you’re poking me.” She huffed while attempted to push her legs against his to get him away while not having much luck in removing his arms from her. She drew a deep sigh as she looked over towards Val that appeared less than pleased with the whole scenario. Urgh, Zy, he’s doing that male thing. Tell him to behave. He huffed with a rather insulted look on her face, obviously not fond of the whole scenario. I’ll go wait outside. She huffed while trotting outside with her tail raised proudly. Tufts in the mean time looked towards Bullet. “You are actually kinda cute.” She found herself giggling to herself. “Twinkletoes, get off me or I’ll slobber on your face.” She scoffed.

Upon hearing Tuft’s familiar voice call his name he immediately opened his eyes and flinching to see him so close to her. He quickly pulled away with a grimace as she mentioned about her slobbering on his face. “Ew ew...not that! I’m up!” He shook his head and sat right up before realizing the thing in between his legs. Suddenly, he felt his features became hot as he frantically searched for the quilt to cover it up only to find out that Zyrus had taken it. “Jerk.” He mumbled and instead covered it with his hands and walked towards the door with his back facing her. “I’ll be waiting outside.” He grumbled as he fixed his eyes on her for awhile before scurrying away towards the exit. Zyrus tilted his head and gave his mate another lick before trying to explaing it to her. Val baby, you can’t tell a male’s thing to behave. Especially if during mornings~ He grinned before realizing that it was not all too effective and he just nodded at her with a smile. All right~ Zyrus was not overly fond of the scenario either and was content to just nose the supplies Cael had left for the two lazyasses on the small couch. Once outside, Bullet found himself sneezing loudly enough that he thought his brain was gonna explode. “Dammit, not aga~ain.” He groaned before relieving and preparing himself for the so called job that he has to do with her. Last night was not good, it was just like the many nights of him being forced to sleep with her because he can’t sleep on the floor else he’d sneeze the entire night. “Hurry up slowpoke! Tiny feet hampering you to do quick things?” He shouted from the kitchen as he grabbed some toast to eat while he prepared the supplies.

Tufts only glared at her unfortunate bedmate until he left before slipping out of bed and getting fully dressed. Being out the door fairly quickly she grabbed her jacket along with some toast with marmalade, unfortunately she had to wait a few moments until the toast popped up and leaned over to put on some coffee as was the usual morning routine. She scoffed at Bullet and attempted to swat him with her tail at his comment. “Soooo, not tidying up the cabin when it was your turn is really biting you in the ass, huh?” She batted her eyelashes at him while holding back a giggle at the faces he was pulling while trying to hold back the sneezes. She was finally able to pop out her toast and butter it and leaned against the counter while watching him with one arm folded beneath her chest. Val in the mean time laid herself down outside with an unamused look on her face. These people were driving her mad and she wanted to just get to the exercise portion so she could sleep the rest of the day away. She laid her head down with an unamused look on her face. Huff. Why must they be sooo tardy? She questioned herself while rolling slightly in the snow. Tufts in the mean time was inspecting the white letter she had received. “Either way, we’re delivering a letter today and exercising the tokos, so be on your best behaviour.” She grumbled to Bullet while attempting to read who the actual paper was for.
